We warmly welcome all who feel connected to the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). Our association brings together people who share a passion for pilgrimage and enjoy sharing their experiences, stories, and knowledge.
For nearly 20 years, our association has been managing and maintaining the church-run hostel in La Faba on the Camino Francés. Many of our members are involved there – whether through hands-on work in the upkeep and maintenance of the buildings or as volunteers serving as hospitaleras or hospitaleros, accompanying pilgrims.
Joining VLTREIA eV means becoming part of a vibrant community that carries on the spirit of the Way of St. James in everyday life – with openness, helpfulness and joy in encounters.
Annual fee:
€30 for individual members
€45 for married couples or partners
Like all donations to our association, the membership fee is also tax deductible.

Opportunity for voluntary work in La Faba

Issuance of pilgrim passports (credenciales)

We are open to all people who share a common path to Santiago de Compostela. Like-minded individuals meet here, fostering lively exchanges about pilgrimage and the Camino de Santiago.
